2 Spacious Double Rooms 8-min to Golders Green

We're looking for new housemates to take over two fantastic rooms in our lovely house, as two of us are moving out for work.

Room 1: Generously sized double room with natural light and plenty of storage and room for a desk if you wfh.

Room 2: Large ensuite double room with plenty of space and natural light.

The house has a large communal living and dining area, making it easy to relax, work from home, or spend time together.

It's in a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood, just an 8-minute walk to Golders Green Station (Northern Line) and National Express Station. It's around a 20-minute walk to Hampstead Heath, and literally just down the street from Golders Hill Park- so you've got excellent transport links as well as plenty of green space on your doorstep.

Bills are typically around £100 to £150 per month, depending on the season.

You'll be living with Dan, who is one of the nicest housemates you could ask for. He's an actor who also works in fitness, is sociable and easy to live with, enjoys the occasional coffee at Hampstead/movie night as a flat, and happens to make an excellent lasagna.

We're looking for friendly, tidy, and respectful people who are looking for a place to call home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Move-in: 6 August, with some flexibility if needed.
