My friend (Dominic) and I (Katana) are looking for a 3rd flatmate to replace our other friend, who is sadly moving out.

* Available from September, but there is potential for that date to be earlier.

💸Bills are sadly not included however are only £35 -£45 depending on time of year.

We’re a mixed house of students and working professionals, so we're open to enquiries from both. We would prefer people in their 20s just to fit the vibe of the house, also LGBTQ+ friendly, we’re quite a social house, we like doing things together, whether it be shopping, socialising, pub trips or just chill in the house watching TV. So it would be good to have a similar vibe☺️
