Room to let in Golders Green

Heyy potential roomie,

Our current flatmate is moving out so her room will become available on 15th August 2026. We can be slightly flexible on the move-in-date.

We're an all-female flatshare (3 bedrooms in total).

The available bedroom is modern and comes with its own large bathroom down the hall, and a separate storage cupboard in the hallway (super handy for suitcases and extra bits!). We're happy for you to put a desk in the living room to wfh if needed

The rest of the flat is also modern and spacious with a shared kitchen and living room (separate). Great landlord, no issues with getting things fixed, although things rarely ever break.

Golders Green as an area is lovely. The flat is a 30 second walk from the tube station. We have a large Sainsbury's literally a 10-second walk away and lots of other grocery shops nearby. Lots of coffee shops also with a minute's walk (Gail's, Starbucks, Cafe Nero), a lovely park around the corner (great for summer picnics ☀️) and Hampstead Heath a 15 min walk away.

As for your current flatmates, one works in finance and the other as a Nurse. During the week, we're both busy with work so tend to have relaxed evenings with a chat in the kitchen whilst we make dinner. Weekends we are usually out socialising with friends, family and travelling. We have a nice balance of catching-up but also doing our own thing separately.

As for hobbies, we're into
Pilates, Yoga, reading, travelling, exploring new places and the occasional Netflix show of course!
