One big single room in a friendly household

We are looking for someone to live with us in Golders Green, as I am moving out to a new location.

It is a shared house close to Golders Green station (Northern line) walk by 3 mins, so transportation is pretty simple to and from most places. Also the bus stops are a minute walk and quite convenient to go everywhere. The rent is about £625 a month excluding bills and council tax.

It is a shared non-smoking house in a quiet residential neighbourhood, where you would be the sixth tenant. We have a shared living room, kitchen, and a nice big garden. It's also 10 mins walk from Hampstead Heath and Golders Hill Park, which is an amazing spot to spend your time whenever you feel like it.

We all work throughout the week at different times in a mixture of office work and WFH, including work during the weekends so we like to keep it nice and chill. That also means that it's very rare for all of us to be at home at the same time, but we still value nice chats and movies in the living room.

Additional information about the room - I have lived at this place for almost two years and it has been great for me. The tube and bus stations are very close and the room is cozy and has a big wardrobe. Local shops, cafes, post office, restaurants, banks and libraries are all in walking distance. There are two Sainsbury’s nearby, one big and one small. Oriental shops and Tesco as well. There will be everything you need easily.

One last thing, I might be able to adjust the move in date if you wanna move in early,. So please feel free to ask about it.
