A bright and generously sized double room, approximately 5m x 4m, is available in a characterful Art Deco apartment building in the heart of Golders Green.

The room has two large windows overlooking the building’s quiet, landscaped courtyard, built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a desk. It is currently furnished with a double bed, although it can be provided unfurnished if preferred.

The Flat has 1 Shared Kitchen and 1 Shared Bathroom (3 people + you). Shared areas are kept on a basic cleaning schedule (required).

Washing Machine within the flat, and laundry drying rack provided with room.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly professionals in their mid-to-late twenties. We’re a sociable household who occasionally cook, watch films, play games or go out together, while also respecting each other’s space. Music, fantasy and D&D are particularly welcome interests.

The flat is set within a secure gated development surrounded by greenery. It includes a shared kitchen, access to the courtyard and a shared outdoor balcony.

Golders Green Station is around a seven-minute walk away, with excellent transport links. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and other local amenities are all close by.

We’re looking for a clean, tidy and considerate non-smoker. Students and working professionals are welcome. Unfortunately, no pets. Parking can be made available.
