The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, 2-seater sofa, coffee table and chest of drawers. It also has direct access to a balcony.

You will share a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with the other tenants. There is also a separate toilet, which makes mornings much easier.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor with stairs only (no lift).

We are looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and responsible person who will treat the flat like their own home. The property is kept clean and peaceful, so we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
