Hi!

I have 2 lovely double rooms available in my flat in Golders Green, from the 27th July. I’ve been here for for several years (it’s by far the best place I’ve lived in London!) and it truly is my home, and would love for you to feel like it’s yours.

The larger room is a steal at £570.18 without bills (bills come to about £147.61 each) while the slightly smaller room is equally as well priced at £537.73. It also has the same large windows, so is lovely and bright during the days (the room shown in the vid is the same advertised, just a different decor!)
There's a large, bright living room, separate kitchen with two sinks and lots of cupboard and fridge space, as well as 2 bathrooms (for 3 people - mad) a balcony and a bit of storage space. There’s also a washing machine and dryer.

The area has everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep, from supermarkets to nail salons, parks, coffee shops, beauty salons and everything in between. The area is safe and friendly, and a 5 min bus ride or 15/20 min walk to Golders Green tube station on the Northern line (super easy access to Central London). The nearest bus stop is literally 2 minutes away, and runs night and day as well as going into central as well, which is always useful!

Just a little bit about me, I work in the
Subscriptions Experience team for a newspaper and help out with social media/influencer research bits for them as well. I also write here and there when I can. I'm sociable and always up for a chat, chill and a laugh whether in or out the flat, but also value my alone time and know how to respect people's space, and am looking for those that are similar. Having a stress-free and clean space is also key, so if you’re coming with good, positive energy (and know how to clean) then we love to see it.

The deposit is £626 and is protected within a safety deposit scheme.
