Description
Huge room (6m x 6m) with double bed, two sofas, coffee table, desk, chair, drawers, etc. available in Temple Fortune, North London. tbh the room is so big it's actually hard to take photos of. £1,050 per month which includes ALL bills (yep, Electricity, Gas, Water, 1Gig internet and Council Tax).
The flat is in a great neighbourhood, only five minutes walk from Golders Green tube station (Northern line) - which is a few stops to Camden, 20 mins to Bank station/City or the West End. Great local amenities: choice of supermarkets, coffee shops/cafes, restaurants and takeaways, gym five mins walk away, a 24 hour shop a few doors down, collection points for every courier service, and lime bikes never too far away. We have a modern kitchen with all the usual stuff like a dishwasher, automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridges and freezer, etc. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet (with bidet seat!). There's also a utility room with a washer & dryer machine.
Current flatmates are: a graphic designer/composer/music producer, an actor/filmmaker, and a PT/influencer. Yeah it's all men, but it's not all lads lads lads. It's usually the news on the TV and we're interested in left-wing politics. No Andrew Tate fans should apply. Or anyone adament that children are being forced into being trans (ffs).
The atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed, never any arguments, and really we don't want any drama brought to the house. Here are some examples of previous problems we've had which has resulted in people having a swift exit:
-Move in, and then two weeks later announce they can't pay the rent
-Be threatening and aggressive to the others after getting drunk on cheap lager every night
-"Secretly" move their girlfriend in (we will know...)
Pretty obvious stuff really! We're all professionals who are too old for that kind of student lifestyle. Having said that we're a pretty social bunch, and go for house visits to pubs / restaurants / clubs / cinema / Barry's Bootcamp.
We are on a main road, but we have double glazing throughout - and the room available has additional secondary glazing to further reduce noise so it's pretty quiet. We have a tado system on the heating so the temperature in the bedroom can be set. The kitchen is also our communal area with cinema-style motorised recliner seats and a 65" TV, so it's pretty much a combined kitchen and living room. Also there's also an outside terrace, with a bench and barbecue. And realistic fake grass/dodgy looking real plants.
Cheers
