My housemate has moved out and I am looking for a replacement house mate in a ground floor 2 bed flat in Golders Green.

The flat has a shared living room/dining room, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, washing machine with, a bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet. There is also access to a decent sized garden.

The room is very large and would suit a couple or a single person. The room comes with a bed, a huge wardrobe, a bedside table, drawers and a desk.

The rent for a single person is £700 or £750 for a couple plus £150 approx for bills (£200 for a couple).

I have got the cheapest deals for bills we can get! We also have Sky fibre optic 70mb broadband, which is plenty fast enough for 2 people sharing.

If you wish for a year's contract a deposit will be required of 5 weeks rent.

The area is very friendly with lots of shops, takeaways, restaurants nearby, as well as a gym. Golders Green tube station is a 5-8 minute walk away and there are lots of buses nearby that go all over London.

I am looking for a single or a couple. Must have a job and references for the landlady. Pets are considered - however it's not suited for outdoor cats due to the busy roads.
