Shared separate kitchen and living room with dinning table for meals.
Looking for professional occupant or someone that can respect the live in landlord family that may include up to to 2 adults at once. One Tech. professional in their 40's working standard work hours during the week and a retired teacher. Including the rented room the total number of persons will not be more than 3 and the flat has two separate bathrooms. Please note this is a Lodger rental type agreement and it is only available for a single person, no visitors and only available up to the 1st of April 2026. Shared areas will be cleaned once a week yet the Lodger is expected to tidy up for themselves and maintain their room clean with no pets or plants allowed.
Ideally at £1000 for a calendar month in advance I would like to rent the larger room with a double bed, small desk, large wardrobe and own bathroom. I will consider and offer instead the smaller bedroom with a single bed if this is preferred, from £800 per calendar month, with a shared bathroom that has a bath only. If you need the room for weeknights only and live outside of London I will consider a reduction in the price.
Kitchen is fully fitted with washer dryer and a microwave.
There is broadband that may be used free of charge at the flat, average speed of 50 mbps downloading so fine for most applications like Netflix etc. Wi-Fi connection only is available.
References will be needed and checked. The deposit is 1 months rent and both that amount and one months rent in advanced are needed for the agreement to be made. The moving date is flexible.
Please note there is no lift, yet there are very wide stairs and 4 short flight of stairs to the entrance to the flat on the 3rd floor. The building is 4 floors tall with a shared entrance to the stairs. The Kitchen and living room are on the 2nd level from the flats front door. This is a Private flat development and very quiet and well managed. Parking on the street does exist yet limited and residents can apply for a permit needed if parking during 10am to 11am on weekdays.
Golders Green Tube station (Northern Line and 20 minutes from Camden/Euston) is at most 20 minutes walk and there is a 24Hour bus, N5, and 210 and 268 very close to the flat. Also great access to Hampstead Heath Extension as well as Golders Hill Park.
I strongly prefer to do a video call or phone call before arranging a viewing. I have limited time to deal with this rental so apologies if you do not hear back quickly from me.
I expect to mostly be able to show the room during weekends or 7pm to 8pm weekdays. English and Spanish are spoken by the landlord.
