Lovely bright airy room in refurbished, high specification clean spacious semi-detached Victorian house all utility bills and council tax included. Wood floors, powerful water pressure in shower and bath near Hampstead Heath, very near Golders Hill Park and Hampstead village. We are just one street away from the NW3 postcode which is Hampstead. Two wardrobes in the room. En-suite bathroom with powerful shower also sink and toilet. There are also 2 other separate toilets. 80cm (32")TV in room. Fast broadband throughout the house.
Use of entire house and garden.
This is a happy household, a 4 double bedroom house, including lounge, kitchen, patio and garden with just 2 people living in it. We cook and entertain from time to time and the house is clean, light and very comfortable. Everything is supplied including duvets, sheets, towels, towelling dressing gown etc. Would welcome a nice, friendly, decent person.. The applicant preferred is a professional person or a student. We have a newish white Yamaha digital piano, so if you play the piano there is one here. This is a harmonious household, we love music, but we don't bother our housemates with loud music. There are lovely parks nearby and we virtually back onto Hampstead Heath. It's a bit like having the convenience of town with the benefit of the countryside on the doorstep, and there is a big garden too, so very green here. Transport links are excellent, both bus and tube and even over-ground train. The house is quiet and peaceful as it's triple glazed. If you like the place and we like you, but the dates don't exactly fit in with the date you need to move in, we can be flexible, as we have a spare room. which we keep empty and is for family and friends to stay in free of charge.
There is a large loft for storage so suitcases etc. can be stored. We love animals and sometimes borrow our neighbour' s dog to walk on the Heath or in the park which is almost opposite.
