We have a double room available in our beautiful 3 bed maisonette on Goldhawk Road. It has great transport links and Sainsbury’s/Tesco’s less than 5 mins away.

The room comes partly-furnished with a double bed, some drawers, a wardrobe and bedside table however the landlord has no problem with us replacing or removing anything we don't like.

There’s a shared living room that gets loads of light, a good size kitchen and bathroom with all the usual amenities in good working order and really efficient central heating.

Goldhawk Road – Hammersmith and city/Circle lines – 3 mins
Shepherds Bush – Central line/overground – 10 mins
Hammersmith – Hammersmith and City/Circle/District/Piccadilly lines - 15 mins
Shepherds bush is on most major bus routes
Ravenscourt park is really nearby, good running routes
Westfield shopping centre - 10 mins.

We are in our late 20s/early 30s and met through moving into this flat. Our other flatmate is moving on so we're looking to fill his room. We are sociable but also understand that time alone is needed. We’re clean and respectful, try to keep communal areas tidy and not disturb each other’s sleep.
