We're looking for a new housemate to rent a lovely, spacious room in our flat in Shepherd’s Bush.

The flat is in a great location—right opposite Goldhawk Road station (Circle Line), just a 10-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush station (Central/Overground), and close to Westfield and local shops.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, sofa, and a large built-in wardrobe. You’ll also have access to a generously sized kitchen with all the usual appliances (oven, microwave, etc.).

You’d be sharing the flat with two friendly and respectful housemates. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, easygoing, and enjoys a relaxed home environment.

Rent includes all bills (internet, water, gas, etc.), except electricity.
