Spacious Double Bedroom in Chiswick for Sublet

I'm looking for someone; young professional, non-smoker, to sublet my bright, spacious, fully furnished double bed room in a shared flat in Chiswick for 3 and a bit months - June 13th to September 8th. £770/m, +bills amounting to £84 ish per month. The building has a concierge, on site car park and disabled access, and is less than a minute to the nearest tube and bus stations (Stamford Brook, district line), 5 minute walk to Ravenscourt park and a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith or Chiswick High Street.
The subletter will be sharing with two fantastic women, both young professionals.
