Hi! Looking for a female tenant to replace me in this Hammersmith / Shepherds Bush maisonette at the end of June/start of July. The rent is £848 per month, and includes all utility bills and council tax.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and built-in shelves, and is gets lots of sunlight during the day. There's lots of space for storage under the bed too. There is a desk and chair that also comes with the room (not pictured)!

The rest of the flat includes a large bathroom, shared living room and kitchen that comes with a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and kitchen utensils.

Ideally looking for a professional in their twenties; the flat is shared with 3 other girls in their mid-twenties, all working professionals. The flat is 2 minutes away from a bus stop that goes to central London, and is a 10/15 minute walk to Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith Stations. Lots of shops and supermarkets in walking distance too!

Deposit is 1 months rent and held by a deposit scheme. There is potential for flexibility with the move-in date. Happy to do viewings via video call too!
