I’m moving out and have a room available in a spacious 2 bedroom flat in Hammersmith from October. My friend Valentina is looking for one person to fill this room. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Goldhawk Road, a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith and similar distance to Shepherd’s Bush. With plenty of local amenities this is a great flat for a young professional looking to move to Zone 2. The flat has a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, a balcony/ terrace.

A little about Valentina; Valentina is a bubbly 28 year old freelance journalist originally from Italy who loves a drink and a good night out! Aside from this enjoys more chilled evenings with painting being her current favourite hobby. Val has been a great person to live with for the last year and brings a lovely energy and is a great person to be around. She is also respectful towards privacy and sharing a equal living space.

Rent is £900 pcm + bills around £100 each (not including council tax)
Council tax is band C.
