My housemate is sadly moving out and we're looking for someone to take her place starting 12 January for a 3 year lease with a 1 year break clause. The rent will be £1,066, bills are not included which total approx. £130. And then there's a £1,065.34 deposit.

The property is a terraced house and the bedroom is on the first floor. The property is furnished and the room has a built in wardrobe, cupboard and chest of drawers for storage. There is also space for a desk to WFH.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person and there's also one downstairs toilet, a spacious living room, private garden with BBQ and a fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher.

Location: Between Hammersmith, Shepherds bush and Acton. Transport links - Ravenscourt Park (10 min walk away) for District line into central, Goldhawk Road (13 min walk) for Hammersmith and City line, Shepherd’s bush (20 min walk) for central line and overground. 94 night bus to Piccadilly Circus and connections to Chiswick.

We have a parking space available to us on the front drive and are next to a pub. We have found that we don’t hear much noise from them and they haven’t caused any problems for the 3 years we have been here.

A bit about us: You would be living with me and Naomi, we are both 25 and, we like to watch tv together, go to the pub and play a bit of tennis. I’m a textile designer and INaomi is an accountant at a solar energy company.
