Spacious Double Room in 4 Bedroom House

Hi,

I am relocating back to Australia so looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in our spacious 4 bedroom house.

This room comes fully furnished with a double bed. This house has 3 bathrooms located over two floors plus a separate laundry. The down stairs includes a large living and dining room with the kitchen connecting to the outside backyard.

The house is located in a quiet street just around the corner from Ravenscourt Park. There are multiple supermarkets in close proximity to the house including Co-op which is a 2 minute walk.
Westfield shopping centre in also only a 20 minute walk away.
The house is in close too many local pubs and restaurants.

Bills average around 90-120 pounds a month including insurance.
Council Tax Band E

The house is currently leased through Foxtons- this includes a 50 pound name change option so there is no minimum or maximum time of tenancy.
This house is currently leased until February 2026, so no rent increases will be made until this date.

Tube Stations:
- Ravenscourt Park (10 minute walk)- District line
- Goldhawk Road (10 minute walk)- Circle and Hammersmith line
- Bus Stop (2 minute walk)
- Shepards Bush Train Station (20 minute walk)- Overground and Central

You will be sharing the property with three other girls aged from 24-28. All residents have full time jobs within the city. We are all super independent, clean and tidy, who respect each others space. In our space time we enjoy having picnics in the park, cooking together and movie nights. This makes it a beautiful, spacious and friendly house to live in.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease who would be a great fit for this house :)

I am looking for someone to fill the room between the 26th of November and the 9th of December. I can be slightly flexible on the move in date.
