Flat for Rent W12

Hi!

I’m moving out of my current room as I’ll be leaving to live abroad. We’re looking for someone to replace me before the 18th of December (next rent instalelment) if possible!

Female tenant preferred to keep the ratio 50-50

There is plenty of storage under the bed and an additional closet right outside the door to the room. Big items such as suitcases can be stored upstairs outside of the room.

Very affordable room with a large shared space area makes this room a real steal! We’re looking for someone tidy, friendly and easy going.

The flatmates you would live with are:

Laure: works in the sustainability field, in her free time she loves to bake, exercise and see her friends. French who has been in the UK for 6 years.

Luke: works in IT in insurance, loves a good documentary and watch the football. English but has lived around the world!

Tom: is a product designer with a very active personality (lots and lots of running).

As a house, there is a friendly vibe, spending time together in the common areas but also having separate friend groups.

The contract will expire in September 2025 at which point you will most likely have the chance to renew.

Deposit is £950.
Bills usually amount to about £100-110 a month inc council tax.
