We have two rooms available in a basement flat.

Room 1 is a very large room sharing a bathroom with one other room (Room 2).
Room 4 is a good sized room with an ensuite bathroom.

There is a large shared communal kitchen/living room with access to a garden.

The apartment is located in the basement and first floor with the entrance on the basement level.

All bills are included and there is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Both rooms are available to couples for £100.00 more a month.
