Gorgeous attic room in ravenscourt park

Hello!! I am moving out of west london and looking for someone to take over my huge and sunny room in ravenscourt park.

The house is a 4 story maisonette with 2 bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen. All kitchen appliances in the kitchen (washing machine, oven/hob, microwave) are brand new.

The bedroom is the largest in the house with lots of storage. There are two skylights and a window which means the room gets a lot of light throughout the year. There are 8 plug sockets in the room (great for working from home!). There is a built in cupboard for storage with 2 wardrobes, and 4 cupboards with about 25 massive shelves. There is also a big storage cupboard next to the room, and lots of space under the stairs.

The flat is in a really lovely area. It is 10 minutes from Ravenscourt Park station, and around 15 minutes from Shepherd’s Bush, Goldhawk Road, and Hammersmith stations. There are loads of bus links. Westfield is a 15 minute walk away, but if you walk in the other direction Askew Road is full of independent shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and bakeries. There are small shops (Co-Op, Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express, lots of independent grocery shops) a 5 minute walk away and big supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco) within 15 minutes walking distance for food shopping. Uxbridge Road (~7 minutes away) is also full of independent greengrocers and grocery stores. There are so many charity shops in every direction for clothes and trinket shopping, as well as some independent vintage clothes and furniture stores. The nearest coffee shop doubles up as a wine bar in the evening and is really lovely.
