Friendly flatshare in w12

3 bedroom flat, with a communal living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 is a en suite, not this room)
Current residents- A couple and single male, all hospitality professionals, who work unsociable/long hours, so somebody similar would be preferred, but not imperative. We are very close friends, who get on super well, would ideally like somebody to join us and be part of the family :)

800 inc some Bills ie, council tax, internet inc a family ps5, sky, sky sports, movies, Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon - basically the whole shabang!
Water & Energy are divided up every quarter
