I am currently moving out, and I need another flatmate to replace myself. My current flatmate/the tenant of the flat you would be sharing with is a 20 year old female full time manager at Wetherspoons and is in a contract with the landlord until Sept 2026 (Which is possible to change to earlier/later once new tenancy is started) . Upon intially getting the flat this past year the security deposit was split between me and my flatmate, with my half being £1,385. I would like my half of the deposit back upon moving out, so the new tenant would need to replace this amount of deposit prior to moving in. (Which would then also be returned back to you at the end of your tenancy). The flat is a recently refurbished and modern basement flat with two bedrooms, a newly refurbished open plan kitchen and a cozy living room. The bathroom is shared, with a bathtub/shower combo. The bedroom that is available has a wardrobe, double bed, and garden access. Rent is 1,200 per month, not including bills for water, gas, electricity, and wifi, which would be split evenly. My current flatmate also has a small dwarf hamster, but he is no trouble at all and his cage sits on the floor of the living room. She also just recently got a small dog, hes well behaved and she takes him out frequently. Please contact me if you are seriously interested as I need a replacement ASAP.
