Beautiful room in Shepherd's Bush

Hello everyone,

we do have a spare room in our flat ideally to move in ASAP (looking for someone to move in from the 4th of JUNE). Located in Shepherds Bush / Hammersmith area. Post code is W12 8QP. Looking for someone to stay long term. I am the female mates (who is leaving) and in the flat there are 3 guys: a teacher, a composer and a steward. Ages from 26 to 32 so ideally looking for someone on the same age range.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chair, desk (these two are new) and wardrobe with hangers, there is spare wardrobes in the flat we don’t use in case you need extra space.

Generally is a pretty quiet place as we all have our own routine but we all do get on very well. The spare room is upstairs and you will be sharing the toilet just with one other since the flat has two bathrooms. Open plan kitchen-living room with plenty of storage.

The flat is managed by an agency so is very easy to get things fixed etc. The location is perfect as we are close to central and 30min drive/public transport to Heathrow. Tube stations nearby: Goldhawk Road Station (1 min walking), Shepherds Bush (10 mins walking) and Hammersmith Station (this one is a 15min walk although you can get there in 5min with many different buses with a bus stop just in our doorstep). If you drive you will need to get a parking permit from the Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

Rent is £720 plus £103 for bills so all together comes up to £823 each a month. We pay every first of the month.
