Large double room and bathroom

We are looking for someone to fill our third room in our flat, and sign a 1 year lease (for the whole flat) with us. We have lived in the flat for a year but sadly our current flatmate is going on a sabbatical.

The flat is over 3 floors, and the bedroom is on its own floor (the top). You will have your own bathroom too.

The tenancy will renew on 17th July, and will require you to provide a deposit and to sign the agreement with us.

Bills aren’t included but roughly come to around £150 a month. Our council tax band is E and EPC is C.

My flatmate Euan is into running and sports, and is a Consultant. I am a Trainee Solicitor who loves sports (mainly netball and sailing) and cooking.
