Description
Hello everyone! Updating with a clearer breakdown of the amounts and daylight pictures ✨
My partner and I are moving out of this beautiful home nearby Goldhawk Road, W12, and are urgently looking for a couple/two relatives/one individual to replace us.
This is due to the HMO licensing being for 4 households - meaning is suitable for 4 individuals, or 5 with 2 of them having to be either family or a couple.
Please don't reach out if you are one individual interested in only one room.
‼️IMPORTANT INFO
Move in date: 20th October
Lettings Agent: Dexters
Rent: £1350 total for both rooms.
Bills: Thames Water £156, Virgin Media £70, Council Tax £202, Octopus £300, House Insurance £21, Money for house supplies £20.
Deposit: £1846
You would have two rooms inside the house: a bedroom with two big built-in wardrobes, a bed with storage space, and a smaller room (unfurnished). We currently use it as an office space as we both have hybrid jobs, but up to you how you would prefer to use it!
🏡AMENITIES
- 2 bathrooms: there's a big one with a shower and a bath, and another one next to the kitchen with a shower.
- 2 living rooms, so everyone can get their own space to relax.
- Big kitchen with glass roof: there are two fridges and a big freezer, loads of storage space, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
- Garden, amazing for hot summer days and if you like a BBQ!
📍LOCATION
- 8 min walk from Goldhawk Road station (Hammersmith & City)
- 4 min walk to bus 94 route that brings you straight to Central London
- 20 min walk to Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City Line, Piccadilly, District)
- 18 min walk to Ravenscourt Park (District)
- 18 min walk to Shepherds Bush (Central, Overgroung, National Rail) & Westfield shopping centre
🧑🤝🧑THE FLATMATES
You would live with three lovely boys in their late twenties, who all work in the creative industry: Michael is a Lead Animator, Jeff a Production Coordinator and Cameron a Technical Artist.
✨THE CANDIDATES
Given the price for both rooms, this is ideal for a couple of young professionals within the same age range, wfh is accepted.
Open to one individual if you have the budget! In that case, bills would be split in 4, and Octopus, house insurance, and extra money for home supplies would be cheaper, of course. Also, you would still get double storage, fridge etc... space as you would be paying for both rooms.
They guys are looking for someone who appreciates their own alone time, but also enjoy watching films or TV shows together, going to the pub, or the cinema - the general vibe is pretty chill tbh.
Please feel free to reach out if you're interested!
