You should be a working professional or full-time student, out of respect for the current tenants. You will take over my existing contract, which ends at the end of February next year, and then sign a new contract with the agent.
All furniture, cooking equipment and cleaning tools can be left, so you can move in immediately with no extra setup. Bills (include council tax) are also all included in the rent.
Move-in date: from 15 January 2026.
