Double Room in Friendly Flat – Goldhawk Road

Hey! I’m Joe - I’m sadly moving out of our lovely flat, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room and join Cat and Liv.

The flat is in a brilliant location just off Goldhawk Road / Shepherd’s Bush, with great transport links:

~10 min walk to Goldhawk Road (Circle & Hammersmith lines)
~10–15 min walk to Ravenscourt Park (District line)
~15–20 min walk to Shepherd’s Bush (Central line)

We’re also lucky to have a great local pub about 30 seconds away, plus a local shop two minutes down the road and several supermarkets within a 10–15 minute walk.

About the flat:
It’s a spacious and relaxed home with a large living room, which makes a big difference in London! Cat and Liv both keep fairly busy during the week, but we still enjoy the occasional shared meal, pub trip or movie night together. It’s a friendly, easy-going household where everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoys spending some time together.
One of the girls also has a cat called Yuki, who is very sweet. She mostly stays in her owner’s room but occasionally wanders out to say hello.

The room:
The room is a cosy double and comes unfurnished, but I’d be very happy to sell my bed, desk and chair for a good price if that’s helpful.

• Rent: £805 per month (excluding bills)
• Bills usually bring the total to around £900 per month
• One bathroom shared between three
• Rent is paid monthly on the 16th of each month
• Room available from 16 April
• Flexible move-in beforehand if helpful to get settled
