En Suite Room available in Shepherds Bush (W12)

A beautifully bright double bedroom with private en-suite is available in our three-bedroom Victorian flat in Shepherd's Bush (W12). Our flatmate Jack is moving on: he's bought a place of his own, so we're looking for someone to take his room.

The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk, and enjoys excellent natural light and a quiet, restful feel. It comes with your own private bathroom and a shared common room and kitchen.

The flat is shared between two working professionals. I'm Vedang, 26, working in PR alongside doing a PhD. Matt (35), is a television producer working on major international sporting events, keeps him busy during sports seasons but he's great company when he's around.

We're a friendly, easy-going household. Always happy to share a glass of wine or dinner in the evenings, but equally respectful of one another's space and routines.

The location is excellent. You're within 10-min walking distance of the Central, District, Hammersmith & City and Overground lines, with strong bus connections too. Tesco Express, Co-op, Nisa and Sainsbury's are all within 2 min walking distance.

Westfield is a 20 min walk for shopping and dining, and the surrounding streets offer some of West London's better pubs, cafés and restaurants.

We're looking for a considerate working professional — tidy, sociable and easy to live with. The room is available to move in immediately.
