Double room available in a cute and cosy 2 bed flat on Goldhawk room!

We’re looking for someone to take over a double room in our cosy flat as my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. The flat as a whole is really lovely and within an apartment building (has a garden within the building), so I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy the space and make it their home with me :)

A bit about the flat&room:
- 2b1b (modern bathroom!) with an open plan living room/kitchen area that comes with a TV which is great for hanging out and watching Netflix
- Cute double room that’s furnished with a wardrobe and drawer + balcony accessible to you only (amazing for the summer/heatwave)
- Flat is also super well-insulated for winter

Location:
We’re really close to loads of supermarkets, shops and restaurants close by. Journey into central takes ~30min, so it’s super convenient for travelling.
- Under 10min walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market and Goldhawk Road station (Circle and Hammersmith&City line)
- Under 20min walk to Westfield and Shepherd’s Bush station (overground, national rail and central line)
- Under 20min walk to King street too for your groceries (M&S, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, IKEA etc, honestly have everything you need there)
- Rent: £1150 (bills around £150) + 1 month

Hi, I’m Janice! I’m turning 25 this year and came to London for my undergrad, and now currently working in Science as an RA. I’m an extroverted introvert so I love hanging out with friends but sometimes do need my own me time to recharge. Ideally, I’m looking for a girl who’s around my age, working full time, clean and tidy and is considerate about our shared spaces. I’ll love to have a flatmate who’s up for the occasional yapping session, dinners together and hanging out in the living room, but equally is respectful of each other’s space.
