Need someone to take over my flatmate’s place on the lease, as he is moving to Europe for work. The remaining tenancy runs from **28 August 2026 to 28 February 2027**.

The flat is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk from Goldhawk Road Station and Shepherd’s Bush Market Station on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, and around a 15-minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush Station on the Central line, also 20min from Ravenscourt Park on the District Line.

- Rent: £1,100 per month, excluding bills
- Bills: around £200 per month, so roughly £1,300 total during peak months
- Council tax: Band E

The flat will be furnished, as my current flatmate is leaving some furniture behind.

A little about me: I’m 29 and work as a UX Designer in the City two days a week, working from home the rest of the week.

I’m social and would ideally like to live with someone I can occasionally chill with, have a drink, watch something or play PlayStation with, rather than it feeling like two strangers sharing a flat. That said, I also really value privacy and personal space, especially during the working week, so I’m looking for someone with a good balance. Introverts welcome.

I’m pretty easygoing and like the flat to feel relaxed and comfortable, but also respectful and clean.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and responsible, who is happy to share normal flat responsibilities like keeping the place tidy, taking the bins out and recycling.

The neighbour’s cat is very friendly and comes over for a couple of hours most days, so you should be comfortable having a cat around sometimes.
