We have been in the property for a year - we have 2 years left on the lease. Due to a family emergency we are looking to find a tenant to take over our lease. Its a lovely house in Fitztrovia - private, quiet and secure.
Entrance hall with access to the garden/parking space (for a small car or garden)
First floor hosts the living room and kitchen
Second floor main bedroom with large bathroom
third floor spare double bedroom, second bathroom and spare room/storage - the third bedroom is small, may fit a single bed but more of a storage room.
Landlord is very relaxed - we have a cat so pets considered.
3 months rent upfront
Furnished or unfurnished - happy to leave most of the furniture.
Bills not included - can give you our bills as reference
