Bright and sunny room in Gospel Oak

Hi, we’re Tamara and Martina, and we’re looking for a third housemate to come and live with us.

We live in a lovely big bright, clean, homely flat in Gospel Oak, right next to Hampstead Heath, which is great in the summer!

We have an open-plan sitting room and kitchen with views of the London skyline. Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet and the three bedrooms.

The bedroom is a cosy double with a double bed, big wardrobe and bedside table. Our flatmate also has use of some of the big cupboards in the hallway too. It’s a 2-floor flat and upstairs has newly sanded wooden floors (which are in the bedroom too) and freshly painted white walls so it's sunny and bright.

We’re 33/28, and both have busy jobs in the week that we have to get up early for work, but if we’re not exercising or seeing other friends, we like the odd chat over dinner and a bit of Netflix. We hang out on the weekends sometimes too. Although we don’t have big parties, we like having friends around for dinner.

We’re looking for a third flatmate, who's probably 27-36 (preferably a woman). Ideally we would prefer someone who is WFH or at least 3-4 in the office. And, who will enjoy living in a happy, friendly home.

We love living here, and we want to find someone who is fun, sociable, clean and considerate and will treat the flat like a home. When you get in touch, please tell us a bit about yourself.

The room is £740 with bills included (water, gas, electricity and council tax). On top is the Internet, about ~£7 p/m, and the TV licence, about ~£12 every 3 months. The room is available to move around the 22nd of August and would be keen to do some viewings next week (29 and 31 of July)
