Description
I am looking for a housemate to live with me in my sunny flat in Gospel Oak. Conveniently located an 8-minute walk from Gospel Oak overground and Hampstead Heath and 12 minutes’ walk to Chalk Farm Station and Primrose Hill. Shops one minute away on Queens Crescent. Nice neighbours in the block.
I am full time working professional working in the arts at the Young Vic Theatre. I love theatre, music and the creative sector. My job is demanding and I often have events in the week so I tend to keep it relaxed at home and having a peaceful environment is really important to me, and I'd want this in a housemate. Someone living with me can expect a sociable and friendly vibe, some meals and good cooking shared from time to time, but I want someone self sufficient and responsible, clean and tidy. I also teach yoga and occasionally will do some sessions at home. Home is my haven!
In the bedroom there is a double bed, with desk, and built in wardrobe. There is also room for a chest of drawers. Picture hooks, some shelves and a large window. Room will be freshly painted.
The flat has a large living room with TV, a shared bathroom with bath, kitchen/ /dining room which opens onto a big terrace for meals with mates, with flowers and veggies growing, and there's great communal gardens. The flat has dual aspect and lets in lots of light! There's also indoor storage for bikes.
Its a great area, perfect for anyone who loves the Heath - cold swimming and tennis only a 10 minute walk away! There's good farmers markets there on Saturdays. There are also loads of great pubs, cafes and walks nearby.
