I am looking to sublet my room for 4 months (potentially longer) as I am going abroad.

Single room on first floor, big windows, wardrobe and small desk.

Location is premium! The flat is 10min walk from Belsize Park, 7 min walk from Gospel Oak station and 10 min walk from Chalk farm. Camden Town is just 15 min from here. Northen line run 24hr over the weekend!
Location is also great as you can walk to Hampstead Heath (10min) and Hampstead (20-25min). If you cycle, like I do, you can store your bike in the flat. it's a 15 min cycle to get to Central London.

Currently in the flat live
- Henry - 25, works in finance
- James - 25, works in finance
- Ricky - 26, works in marketing

Bonuses: big terrace and dish washer.

Looking for a professional, who is happy to chat and look after the flat.

Available from 1/06/24 to 30/09/24 (this may be extended if I have to return later).
Rent is £800, all expenses included.
Deposit is £500.
