A Room With A View! Available in October

Today is your lucky day because there is a room going in the best flat in London. No joke, this place is an art deco wonder, situated a stone’s throw away from Hampstead Heath with a view just as gorgeous. We are not far from Kentish Town and Tufnell Park and we have great bus connections.

The room fits a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk but will come unfurnished so it’s the perfect blank canvas. We have a recently renovated kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. As well as a small living room and bathroom which we all share.

As the other tenants of the flat, we are looking for a professional woman who is easygoing, responsible and cleanly. We met through SpareRoom and really enjoy getting to live with each other and have a great balance between hanging out and giving each other our space. We are looking for someone who will add to the great vibes and has a great deal of admiration and respect for the building. We are both creatively inclined and it would be a huge plus if you were as well.

Please note the deposit is £826.92 as it is calculated based on the total rent of the flat but the ad would not let us reflect that. Bills are not included in the rent price and fluctuate month by month but on average we have found they are typically around £135.37 per person including council tax, gas and electric, water & internet. We are considering hiring a cleaner for an additional fee. We are council tax band E. We will conduct viewings Sunday the 11th of August. Move in is 7th of October.
