Hello!

We are Elle and Kim - friends from uni. We are looking for a new housemate to join us in this lovely flat which we call home!

It is a top (4th) floor 3 double-bedroom, 2 full-bathroom flat, with a separate living room & kitchen, and a balcony that overlooks Hampstead Heath. It has a lift and free off-street parking.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Gospel Oak Station (Overground) and 15 minute walk from Tufnell Park/Kentish Town (Northern Line & National Rail).

It is fully furnished, with a flexible move in date between 1/6/26 and 29/7/26. Our flatmate is moving out so you would be added to our joint tenancy (which also has guarantors).

Rent is £1100 pcm. Bills (including WiFI and council tax - band E) come to £130 pcm. Hot water and heat are included in the rent. The flat is owned by our landlord and let through an agency.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind and considerate - we've lived here for 1.5 years and value having a place that feels like home. Elle is a software developer and mostly works from home, Kim is a doctor. We enjoy many of the same things (cooking, nature, music, films, crafty activities, gigs etc.) but we also both enjoy our own time and recognise the importance of this!
