Housemates are the lovliest people, they are all in the music & art scene. British and Singaporean nationalities currently lives in the flat. We smoke in the living space


Bills are averaging about £100/month. At the end of tenancy (sept2025, they will calculate whether the energy bill has been over and under and will refund if it's under :) )

I have to move urgently due personal reasons so putting this house up for any potential interest.
