To share with friendly, hardworking female. Also friendly and somewhat cheeky small dog in the flat.

You have a private double room overlooking the garden. Fully-furnished, including massive Smart TV. (Cyclists can keep a bike in the garden.)

Wooden floors throughout the flat. Only eco cleaning materials used.

Shared bathroom. Shared eat in kitchen, including full cooking equipment (no microwave!), washer dryer, dishwasher. Shared eat in kitchen. We share a private garden which also has some workout equipment in it, like a barbell.

Fast Wifi and also ethernet leads in the flat. (Wifi off at night so we sleep better!)

A cleaner is provided and all bills are included.

It is not a party flat and no noise 11pm-7am.

It's a very well located flat if you work in town but want some greenery. Also if you want to travel at the weekend. There are lots of local gyms and yoga studios. Camden Market is a 10 min walk.

24 bus goes 24 hours a day to West End OR Royal Free Hospital.
46 bus goes to St Pancras/ Eurostar OR Hampstead.

Vaping or smoking only allowed in the garden. Overnight guests only with my prior agreement.

Short lets possible. Bedlinen, duvet and pillows, towels can be provided.
