Description
Available from 14th September.
I'm looking for two housemates for a 3-bedroom house near Kentish Town, NW5. The house sits within a property guardianship scheme, so rent runs well below the usual market rate here. You'll pay £850pcm, bills included, with no council tax on top. The agreement runs for a year with six months' notice on both sides, so it offers more stability than a typical guardianship setup.
The house is unfurnished, so you'll bring your own furniture and set up your room how you like.
What's nearby:
Hampstead Heath is a five-minute walk away. You've got three stations within easy reach: Kentish Town (Northern line, direct to Camden Town, Euston, King's Cross, and Leicester Square/Soho in about eleven minutes), Tufnell Park (Northern line, one stop further north), and Gospel Oak (Overground, useful for a different set of connections). You'll find plenty of good pubs and cafes around, and the area has a real neighbourhood feel without the crowds of central Camden.
A few things worth knowing:
This is a licence agreement under a guardianship scheme, not a standard tenancy. I'm happy to explain what that means and how it works day to day. I'm hoping to find someone who can move in by 14th September or close to it.
Message me if you're interested or have any questions!
