Great double room in Gospel Oak/Kentish Town

Re-available due to agreed tenant falling through.

Due to a flatmate moving out, we have a small double room to rent in our lovely flat in Gospel Oak. The room is fully furnished, and the flat has a communal living room/kitchen and a roof terrace.

We are three girls in our mid-twenties - two of us are working, and one is a mature student. Two us have lived in the flat for the last two years, and made it very homely! The flat gets loads of natural light, and we grow lots of lovely plants on the roof terrace as well - gardeners welcomed!

The room is a fully furnished double, and we also have a lovely kitchen/living space, and an amazing roof terrace! Bills are not included, but are relatively low.

The flat is very well located for travel links. We're a five minute walk from Gospel Oak, ten minutes to either Kentish Town or Chalk Farm, and there are great bus links into Central London. From the flat, it's a five minute walk to Hampstead Heath, and 15 minutes into Camden Town.

The flat is located on the top floor of a three story building with an intercom system but unfortunately there is no disabled access.

We're looking for someone to join us from 1st September.
