Looking for a lovely housemate to join me in our much loved flat in Gospel Oak. The flat is in a great location, and I think this is the best place to live.

Large double furnished room in 3 bedroom flat, all rooms a decent size however the room for rent is slightly bigger than the other two so would pay marginally more rent. The room has built in wardrobes, storage, plenty of light and room behind the door for a small desk if you needed one (our current flatmate has one in there). Heating included in the rent. Additional bills per month would be council tax (band E) and we have Sky TV and internet. We pay water and electricity on a quarterly basis. We reckon all these bills together work out about £100 a month on top of the rent.

Lovely large living room (we have often had big Sunday Roasts and can get 10 round the dinner table comfortably with space to spare!) The balcony off the living room looks out over Hampstead Heath and the Parliament Hill Fields Lido - being literally 1 min walk from the Health is one of the best things about this place and even after a couple of years living here it never gets old. Small but very manageable kitchen (I love to cook and its more than adequate) bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet and a separate toilet and sink next to it....there is also a drinks trolley!

Location wise we're less than 5 minutes to Gospel Oak Overground station (3 mins if you run!) and a 10 minute walk (or 5 min bus) to Kentish Town Station. Great bus links into central London with the C2 and 214 stopping at the end of the road 24 hours a day.

You'd be living with Verity, an accountant. A second room as already been let. I absolutely love living here and have no intention of moving anytime soon. The flat has always been a lovely social home, whilst having enough space to do your own thing. I'd want someone of a similar nature, familiar and in love with London and all it offers. Also someone who's up for getting involved in getting to know us and contributing to making this a home not just a room to live in. Foodie, interested and active (how can you not be so close to the lovely heath!) is what we're after, so if you think that's you give us a shout! Also have a fantastic relationship with our landlords who manage the property privately, again we are looking for someone who values that too and would respect the flat and how lucky we are to have it.

Room available from 14th March (but negotiable) as Tom (current flatmate) is also looking to move out around the same time. Whilst our landlords manage the property privately we deal with an agency for contracts so there will be a small fee to pay with them and a deposit for the flat of £1040.
