Rooms in great Gospel Oak house

Hi! we're looking someone to move into our lovely house, right opposite Hampstead Heath. It's 3 mins walk from Gospel Oak station and 10mins from Kentish Town station. Also easy access to Camden/ central London. There are shops nearby, and a great farmer's market on the Heath every Saturday. The Lido is also opposite the house. We'd prefer guys ideally to keep the balance.

There's 4 of us here at the moment, Pete who works in fancy construction, Chloe was the bassist in Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Louisa works in music and Tom records sound for TV and brings back cake from Bake Off. Pete & Louisa been here for over 4 years now, Tom & Chloe for a year and we all consider it home. Our current 5th flatmate is sadly moving to Brighton, hence the spare room. It's a relaxed place and we all hang out together when at home but also both work hard so keep the place quiet and chilled. The landlord's great and leaves us to get on with things but sorts anything that needs to be fixed/ replaced. We also have a friendly cat, Otis, so anyone with pet allergies wont work.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week, that's included in the rent (£720 a month ) with all bills. Keeps it nice and simple.

We're lucky enough to have a really nice garden, which backs on to a nature reserve as well as a balcony on the 2nd floor that overlooks the garden and gets the sun all day long.

We love the house and are really sad to see the current flatmate leave and are looking for great (clean & tidy!) people with similar interests to replace them.
