1 en-suite bedroom

I am looking to find someone who is interested in the WB-suite room, because for my personal reasons I need to move out, my flatmate is a very interesting and nice person to live with, we prefer to find someone who respects other people’s boundaries. The apartment is very nice, in a good area 5 minutes walk to Old street station and 5-8 minutes to Barbican station. My roommate is a student in a third year who studies mathematics, so you won’t see him quite often. Apartment has roof terrace, the building has its own garden.
