En Suite in student accommodation

I'm moving out with my boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone who wants my room in IQ accommodation.

You will live in a beautiful 12-13 sq m En suite with hardwood floors, with small double bed, study area, plenty of storage, underfloor heating and private shower and toilet.

You’ll share a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with up to 10 other masters students, making for a great social and international vibe. They are so kind, clean, respectful and friendly!

The place has 24/7 security, all-inclusive bills, laundry room, TV room, bicycle storage, gardens and it is 6 minutes walking to City, University of London.

Shared spaces are cleaned every day, and all weeks the management organises events in the lobby where you can make some new friends and enjoy your days in London.

The location is excellent! just 5 minutes walking to Barbican station, 10 minutes to Old Street station and 15 minutes to Angel station. Also, it is located 2 minutes walking to several bus stops.

CitySports gym is 2 minutes walking by, and several grocery stores are around the place. Also, Old street and Angel are full of good restaurants and pubs to enjoy on weekends!
