Double room in Barbican

One bedroom available in a three bedroom flat with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. We are two 27yrs and 28yrs women from France and Italy both working full time. We are looking for someone clean, non smoker and super respectful of common areas. The flat has the perfect location on goswell road, a couple of minutes away from the Barbican station and grocery stores (including Waitrose 5 mins away). Moving date is on February 1st 2025 with a mimimum stay of one year.
