• Plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs all within a minute walk for exploring at weekends.
Bills per person:
• Rent: £612.50 pcm
• Council Tax: £52 pcm
• Gas & Electric: Approx. £30-75 ( Paid every 3 months, varies during winter/summer)
• WiFi: £6.13 pcm
• Water: Approx. £100 every March
• References - additional fees may apply, to be confirmed.
Three girls currently living at property between ages of 25-26, all within full time employment.
