Both Greenwich and Cutty Sark Station are a stones throw away where you can get the DLR to Canary Wharf or the train to London Bridge/Cannon Street all within 10 minutes. The location is also minutes from a Waitrose, Tesco Express, 2 gyms and a few minutes to all the beautiful sights/Amenities of Greenwich town centre (including the lovely market)

The flat is a large modern flat built just 4 years ago. It includes 2 bedrooms, a large open plan living/kitchen room, 1 bathroom, a balcony and utility cupboard. It has all the modern amenities you would need including extras such as fibre-optic broadband, Netflix, now TV and surround sound. The flat is also tastefully decorated making it a nice place to come home to. There is a bike store in the building. The room is a furnished double bedroom which has an almost new bed, built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers.

Finally a little about myself. I’m a friendly, professional who enjoys sports, travel and just generally socialising. I tend to keep myself pretty busy out and about but also love a night on the sofa watching Netflix. Within the flat, I enjoy socialising with my current flat mate, having dinners together and sharing some tv shows, however also respect their privacy and understand that sometimes you just want time by yourself in the evening.
