The room has a lovely view overlooking Blackheath Common. Situated a stones throw from Greenwich Park and a 5-10 minute walk to vibey Greenwich village, the Cutty Sark, DLR and Maritime BR Mainline. 

There is currently only one other tenant (male) living in the flat who has been isolating since March 2020 and will continue to do so. There will be only be a maximum of 2 people living in the flat at any given time. Virtual viewings available!

The building has a resident caretaker / a lift (we are on the 2nd floor) and a security entryphone.

The bills are a set amount every month of £150, this includes gas, electric, water, internet, council tax, plus a cleaner who comes in every Monday morning.
