I am looking for someone or a couple, to rent my 1 bedroom apartment in North Greenwich.

1-minute walk to the local park and conservation area and a 20 min walk to Greenwich Park!

It is a 20-minute walk to North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line)

It is on the top floor of a 5 floor apartment block, and comes furnished or part furnished , depending on preference. Decorated to a high standard (I was living there and chose all the fixtures mysef! - A little upset I cant take them all with me!!) I have some pretty amazing neighbours too!

I am looking for a clean and professional renter to maintain the apartment and look after it as if it were their own - NO SHORT LETS.

Bills come to circa £288, so this will be in addition to the rent.
